Day 73: Best $6 I ever spent
Walmart. Craft department. 50 foam Christmas trees and a bazzillion foam ornaments with sticker backs. She did this all day.

Day 66: A Christmas miracle
Look what I found today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Backstory: Summer of 2006, I was pregnant with the girls, living in Edson, and craving Chip Truck like no one's business. We came back home for my brother's wedding and spent two weeks driving around Brandon looking for the thing. Summer 2008 I couldn't find it anywhere (The scotch in me prevented me from spending $16 to get into the summer fair just for french fries {scotch as in scottish, not liquor}). Spring 2009, I had a date with my Grandma to go to the winter fair on Thursday and FINALLY get me some chip truck, but then I just had to go into labour with the babies on Wednesday. I even went to the bonus midway this summer in hopes of finding it, but it wasn't there. *sob* And then today, at the Santa Clause parade, where I least expected it, I had my giant bucket of french fries.
Unfortunately, I want more. Stupid delicious, yet elusive french fries.
